Job Description:

Office boy is a person who manages small things in an office. Mainly, his job is to maintain the cleanliness of the office environments. He is responsible for performing day to day administrative tasks. He has to manage office supplies, equipment and furniture. It is his duty to provide support to the staff by rendering job related tasks within company.

The purpose of this position to keep clean and maintain the office and perform administrative tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Keep and maintain the cleanliness of office environment, washroom, pantry & meeting room.

· Responsible for making and serving drinks of the personnel and visitors such as tea, coffee, etc.

· Coordinates with maintenance for repair of office equipment and facilities.

· Dealing with inquiries or needs from the visitors and employees.

· Monitoring the use of office stationeries and supplies within the workplace.

· To procure daily, weekly and monthly grocery for office.

· Assisting management personnel in wide variety of workplace responsibilities.

· Filing documents as per requirement.

· To help in setting up chairs, table and laptops during the meeting.

· To photocopy, scan and bind documents according to the request of employees.

· Maintaining the confidentiality standards in the workplace and not to disclose any information/data that the organization considers sensitive and confidential.

· Doing checklist on cleaning process.

· To perform other administrative tasks as per instructions from management.
