Job Description
Main Activities
  • Act as a HRBP for Production and Quality departments in Abu Dhabi Factory;
  • Align HR practices with strategic business initiatives. Identify and establish relationships with key clients and stakeholders across the businesses and functions they support;
  • Evaluate and implement programs to assure retention and competitiveness in the job market;
  • Research, recommend, and implement recognition and/or incentive plans;
  • Responsible for recruitment process (CV, interviews, job offers);
  • Compensation and rewards knowledge;
  • Ensure that all employees are up to date with company policies;
  • Respond to all questions regarding to policies & procedures;
  • Attend to reasonable HR needs for BRF employees;
  • Provides day-to-day coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organizational design consultation.
Academic Background
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field
  • Qualification in HR is as plus
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of Experience in Human Resources

  • Customer oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills;
