- Job description and job requirements:
1. Familiar with Amazon platform rules and use promotion methods, analyze the products and marketing methods of competing merchants, and formulate and adjust product sales policies in a timely manner according to product sales and ranking changes, and do a good job of statistical analysis of data;
2. Responsible for the daily management of the Amazon platform, including product listing, maintenance and optimization of the listing page, to ensure account security;
3. Served as Amazon and Noon customer service, responsible for timely processing and replying to customers’ pre-sales and after-sales mail;
4. Handle customer complaints and negative reviews, and properly handle customer returns and refunds;
5. Assist FBA and FBN shipment production and arrangement.
6. Regularly report work to superiors
Requirements:
1) Relevant experience in Amazon operations is mandatory.
2) Have team spirit and sense of service, strong learning ability and adaptability, work hard, patient, and responsible.
