About the job:

The Red Hat EMEA Marketing team is looking for an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join our global ABM and Vertical Marketing community in Dubai. As a Telco, Media & Entertainment (TME) Account Based Marketer, you will focus on creating personalized content and delivering targeted initiatives to foster deeper relationships within specific strategic accounts that lead to a preference for Red Hat’s automation, cloud and infrastructure solutions. By working in close alignment with sales and marketing teams, you will play a critical role in contributing to the growth objectives of the account, with a strong emphasis on driving pipeline generation and accelerating existing opportunities.

What you will do:

  • Understand specific challenges of named accounts, discover the decision-making process and key personas in the organization;
  • Define the Account-Based marketing strategy and manage project planning, execution, timelines, resources, and budget;
  • Develop account-focused campaigns including campaign concepts and creatives, customized content, digital marketing, outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, nurture, live/online events, and executive engagements with the goal of building pipeline and accelerating bookings;
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles, target personas, and oversee a database of named contacts to align marketing and sales in defining the target audience required to achieve account goals;
  • Work with the Sales team to find opportunities to expand our product offering within existing accounts, build new or develop existing C-suite customer relationships, identify gaps in key personas and contact information and develop a data and insight strategy to acquire new or additional information;
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes;
  • Manage and promote an editorial calendar of innovative content and marketing assets that align with the customer journey, sales buying stages, and support the go-to-market plan for your ABM accounts;
  • Analyze metrics to ensure business impact measured by account pipeline/bookings, database growth, account/person engagement, and define the effectiveness of program activities and integrated content consumption;
  • Collaborate with the global ABM Program Office to gain consensus for cross-portfolio go-to-market plans and marketing plays aligned with solutions and sales directives.

What you will bring:

  • Account-based, industry or vertical marketing experience in high tech, Telco organizations;
  • Understanding of industry buyer needs, the latest trends, and competitive positioning;
  • Knowledge of enterprise software, cloud, and/or emerging technologies with the capability to integrate with programs that deliver on sales and product objectives;
  • Experience building and delivering digital and non-digital integrated marketing campaigns (events, executive/C-level engagement and key account programs) as well as social media planning and implementation;
  • Proven ability to think strategically, with exceptional attention to detail in execution, and follow through on complex projects;
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building skills, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales professionals, and product teams, and maintain focus on customers;
  • Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude – an entrepreneurial drive to take initiative combined with an inquisitive desire to always improve what you see;
  • The ability to prioritize, manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direct supervision;
  • Understanding of pipeline management and metrics;
  • Solid writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills to translate detailed content into impactful go-to-market materials including digital, email, and social media content in English; Additional language skills are a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is a plus
