*** This is a Part Time Job ***

LifeBalnace Foot Care is currently establishing itself as an authentic supplier for insoles, medical shoes and other foot care products to physiotherapists, clinics, chiropractors in UAE. Thus, a part time secretary is needed to handle the following:

1. Set up a database of all the clinics and relevant practices

2. Appointment setting as per a designated program.

3. Follow up as and when needed.

4. Other tasks might be assigned as and when needed progressively.

The successful candidate shall work a minimum of 4 hours per day during the hours between 9:00 – 18:00. Friday is excluded. At a later stage a fixed window might be set up.

The successful candidate:

– Is a Female

– Speaks English fluently

– Have cheerful and pleasant personality.

– Have excellent organizational skills

– Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite
