We are looking to hire a dynamic, energetic, and resourceful Customer Service Associate for one of our retail branches and applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of book retail sales experience in the GCC market. Candidates should be able to knowledgeably and enthusiastically converse about books and to confidently sell, promote and market other products in the shop.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • To enthusiastically greet, welcome, and treat customers in the respectful and highest professional manner while providing knowledgeable and helpful service in all retail shops.
  • To serve customers in a polite, friendly manner and to ensure that customer service is delivered accurately in line with the company’s customer service regulations.
