PURCHASING

  • Maintained purchase order data.
  • Reviewed and resolved supplier invoice discrepancies.
  • Assisted in the preparation of the request for quotation and purchase orders
  • Assisted in placing orders and ensured that correct orders are made
  • Follows up on orders to ensure that materials are shipped and delivered on promised dates.
  • Maintains records and follow up files of purchases, shipments, and related matters.
  • Prepare quotations.
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

ADMIN

  • Handle driver schedule.
  • Entering order details like suppliers, quantities, prices to internal database
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office.
  • Maintain computer and manual filing systems.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Take accurate minutes of meetings.
  • Coordinate office procedures.
  • Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries.
  • Receive, sort and distribute the mail.
