Role: Community Manager (Arabic and English speaking)
Working in partnership with our client, the Community Manager will write, develop & deploy social content, helping to support campaigns and social calendars, and create reactive/proactive content. You will also drive content in line with the brands and create engaging, bold and exciting ways to keep the community engaged and relevant.

ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
The Community Manager will report into the Social Media Manager and you will be part of a 5 -person core on-site team alongside a Account Director , Design Lead and another Community Manager. You will also be supported by a wider dedicated team consisting of two I ntegrated and M otion D e signers and Senior Leadership oversight in our hub in London.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
Responsible for fostering and building a social community through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest, Snapchat, Foursquare and Tumblr and engage with consumers and audiences.
Working closely with the Brand Managers and the Group Planning Director, the role represents the voice of the consumer, monitoring conversations, developing and posting content and managing the daily operations of various social challenges.
Produce original local, Arabic and English copy / messaging for all outputs, including social channels.
Brainstorm visual and copy ideas with other members of the team (Arabic and English speaking).
Identify and track relevant community data metrics.
To manage and review the work of creators/ designers to ensure consistent processes are followed.
They will have a creative copywriting skillset that enables them to input into creative process, ideas and delivery of social assets.
Creating powerful and impactful copy for straplines and posts as well as occasional digital formats for all kinds of digital content, including digital banners, short-form web pages, social media, vide animation and advertising.
Liaise with customer service team on support issues.
Form close relationships with the product team in order to understand product information and unique selling points of products/ services.
Follow and help build a digital tone of voice consistent to the client throughout all copy, posts and proactively make recommendations for the direction of campaigns.
Work closely with the team to deliver consistency and accuracy across all messaging to the agreed briefs and established brand values.
Work across 5-10 brands in Middle East Region present in several regions: Egypt, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia (KSA), Iraq and Jordan.
WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL
1 -3 years’ experience managing brand
Demonstrated examples of social copywriting & engagement.
Degree in journalism, marketing or a related subject.
Digital-native or heavy social user.
Either interest in the category, or a tight demographic fit to the target audience(pharmaceutical consumer and experts)
Social metrics aware & social content savvy
Entrepreneurial and proactive in approach and attitude.
The ability to spot opportunities and trends to create content and help clients achieve their business ambitions.
Excellent written communication skills, a nd the ability to develop the voice of the brand within it: Arabic and English.
Professional and works well under pressure.
Keen and active interest in digital trends and Middle East culture.
Experience with working with social media management tools such as Sprinklr/ Social Bakers etc.
Experience working with large brands in social media .
An interest in the pharmaceutical
Experience working with multiple brands, ideally healthcareand regulated markets.
