        Sales Enablement Manager

        Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Director, the Sales Enablement Manager will manage all aspects of field enablement for Omnicell’s International organization. Providing personalized curricula to the International Sales Team, this role will liaise with sales and marketing to evaluate team members on their knowledge of products, services, and ability to deliver information and value. This role will have direct oversight and delivery of all sales training programmes internationally.

        This role will direct, manage and control the sales training activities and will regularly interact with executives and/or major customers for development of initiatives. The successful candidate will work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company, to therefore, develop the necessary training programs needed. They will participate in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people.

        Ultimately this role should help ensure our sales team is fully educated, to perform at a high level to increase both our organizations performance and overall customer satisfaction. This role collaborates closely with Sales Leadership, Product Management and Marketing.


        • Drive a process of education and learning that is instilled within the organization
        • Design, develop, and deliver product training through collaboration with senior leaders
        • Analyze performance and skillset of sales personnel with sales leadership to determine needs for additional training and growth
        • Manage education and continual development of sales staff including inside and outside selling, marketing, and customer success
        • Work with cross functional leadership – product management, marketing, technical enablement – to Introduce blended curriculums on product positioning, product direction, product messaging strategies, tools, sales plays and plans that optimize technical knowledge
        • Assist with product education around new features, functionality, and enhancements surrounding product launches to incorporate marketing strategy into training curriculum
        • Lead educational aspect and content preparation around: sales certification, sales bootcamp, Sales Kickoff, QBRs, and other company training events as needed
        • Be the expert in buyer personas, understand how they buy and their buying criteria and transfer that knowledge to the sales channel
        • Keep informed of new training methods, systems, and produce sales training material as needed
        • Key liaison between product management and marketing throughout the content management process to ensure critical elements from a sales training perspective are secured.
        • Ongoing collaboration with Product Management resources linked to the launches of new or updated features to our strategic solutions
        • Scheduling and overseeing all product training programs including new hire training, virtual/on-prem training programs, and national sales trainings.
        • Involved in product launches, new hire training and additional trainings based on organizational needs.
        • Develop certification support programs to increase retention of knowledge and sales skill proficiency.
        • Optimize and recommend sales enablement tools such as Brainshark and Seismic to help drive further adoption with sales team
        • Responsible for reporting and metric analysis of individual training progress and team progress.


        • Experience in learning principals and modern techniques
        • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
        • Program Management skills in developing, leading, and tracking project activities.
        • Marketing and or/Product in growth technology organization experiences
        • Knowledge of relevant products / services / solution offering categories in a technology company preferred
        • Clinical background preferred
        • Complex Sales Process Knowledge (Miller Heiman, Challenger)
        • Strong general business acumen – understanding how to set goals and KPIs and how to measure the impact of programs.
        • Strong influencing and cross group collaboration skills, comfortable working within a matrixed organization.
        • Excellent interpersonal, trust-building and cross- cultural skills to cope with highly diverse cultures in the different regions.
        • Creative thinker with a goal, action and data driven orientation.
        • Independent and strategic thinker requiring minimal supervision for decision making and resolution of business performance obstacles and conflicts.
        • Strong communication and presentation skills, mastering effective communication with peers and management.
