      • JOB SUMMARY:
        The Digital Manager will contribute to the development of a clear digital strategy for the Pernod Ricard brand portfolio and will work with internal and external stakeholders to lead key digital initiatives that will amplify key brand activations through identified digital channels. In addition, the manager will significantly increase Pernod Ricard Gulf (Gulf & SAARC) digital fluency and capabilities and proactively stay on top of digital trends and tech advances.
        KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB-RELATED CHARACTERISTICS
        Enabled Organization
        • Coaching internal stakeholders – to continually increase capabilities across all digital knowledge including usage & adoption of key global & regional tools.
        • Digital trends assessment – proactively bring new thinking/ understanding of global digital trends through internal & external tools
        Digital Brand Strategy
        • Drive the development and execution of digital brand strategy across key channels focusing on content strategy and development (including owned social media platforms), eCRM, e-commerce and media strategy. This will include driving online to off-line (both on & off-trade) consumer engagement and footfall at the Last 3 Feet to fuel consumption.
        • In collaboration with Brand Managers develop strategic digital recommendations to unlock the brand objectives, and drive consumers along the consumer decision journey (Connect, Convince, Convert, Consume, Continue) and help build advocacy with our target consumers.
        • Recommend channel mix, optimization and ecosystem, considering owned/earned/paid media activity.
        • Define ambitious KPIs and track, measure and evaluate how we perform against them. Adapt learning’s in real time to optimize performance.
        • Drive the implementation of social media listening and reporting across all teams
        • This role is responsible to engage consumers online, both in terms of the content itself, and the means of media distribution. You will know how to inspire internal stakeholders, combining creative presentations with precise reporting and analysis to paint a clear picture of the brand’s digital reality
        Content Strategy & Team Management
        • Champion the development of world class social/digital content (online & offline), intended to drive conversion, consideration and engagement with ‘The Mix’
        • Have an instinct for creative ideas and manage ongoing creative development with Content & Traffic Manager
        • Manage ‘The Mix’ internal creative studio ensuring training, empowerment, capability building and excellent leadership skills to ensure elevating the content creation & development internally
        Data Smart Marketing (eCRM)
        • Develop data-smart capabilities and lead data-smart media planning.
        • Create and implement an eCRM program and ensure better consumer intelligence/targeting capabilities to drive efficiencies and build consumer advocacy.
        ECommerce
        • Drive the eCommerce strategy in two different work streams
          • eRetailer JBP development and execution with key distributors
          • Consulting and partnering with key distributors to accelerate eCommerce
        Local Market Relay & Champion
        • Digital champion and relay between Regional Digital department and Brand Company Digital contacts to ensure alignment with strategy, global & regional tool usage and digital developments across the business
        Reporting & Monitoring
        • Support the creation of holistic global social/digital reports, combining results from key markets into overarching learnings.
        • Monitor and share trends, inspiration, innovation, opportunities and challenges in the world of social/digital marketing
        • Share outstanding or ground-breaking competitor activity
        • Be the Team’s ‘voice from the future’
        KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
        • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business Administration
        • At least 5 years’ experience in consumer goods/retail company, with digital/ media background and/or Digital Marketing Agency experience
        • Knowledge of media strategy & buying, e-CRM and e-Commerce a plus
        • Skilled in media buying primarily through native platforms: Facebooks Ads Manager and Google AdWords. Experience in other DSPs a plus.
        • Big data analysis capabilities
        • Analytical skills and able to understand multiple sources of data (consumer profiles, segmentation, anonymous and PII data etc)
        • Skilled in digital performance tracking including main digital analytics platforms such as Facebook Insights/Ads Manager and Google Analytics 360.
        • Creative and Strategic thinker
        • Strong communication skills, with collaborative approach to influencing internal and external stakeholders
        • Solid project management skills including planning organization, monitoring and tracking and negotiation.
        • Strong coaching skills as a champion to coach/develop teams across digital capabilities
