This role is best suited to a fresh graduate (less than 2 years of work experience), who is:

This 12-month management traineeship will give you an excellent insight into the art and science behind brand building and business management across the Middle East Region – the perfect stepping stone at the start of your career

Coca-Cola Middle East Region Management Trainee Program is a one-year development program during which you will gain on the job training with real responsibility for planning and executing marketing projects. You will do meaningful work with some of the biggest brands globally and locally and learn from our team of high performing, talented and passionate associates.

We are looking for dynamic, energized, innovative and strategic thinkers to be to be part of the Coca-Cola Middle East Marketing Team. This marketing entry level role requires working on some of the World’s leading and loved brands, playing a critical role in shaping local business strategies by bringing best in class analysis and ideas.

The job:

You will be an integral part of the Middle East Region Frontline marketing team. The role offers exciting opportunities to learn, grow and make a tangible impact on the Coca-Cola business in the Middle East region. On a daily basis, you will:

Work closely with regional marketing teams and local bottling partners to craft and execute marketing campaigns for one or several of the company’s beverage brands Be the custodian of local consumer insights generation and utilize them in executing world class marketing campaigns Monitor and analysis key business indicators (market share, brand health and commercial metrics etc) and make recommendations on business opportunities/risks Lead your very own marketing project from end to end, working with people across functions (strategy, franchise, customer, regional marketing etc)

Job Requirements / Qualifications


Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)

Master’s Degree (Preferable)
